"Pretty easy exchange overall"
I’m not sure it could’ve gone much smoother, honestly. The return was easy to set up, and the exchange showed up quicker than I expected. No real fuss at all.

"Easy to wear every day"
I got a bracelet from Inspiration Co, it’s super light on my wrist. I can wear it all day without any rubbing or irritation, which you definitely appreciate when you don’t want to keep adjusting it.

"Shipping was slow again"
Delivery took way too long, i’m getting tired of dealing with the same shipping issue again. I just expected it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time

"Felt like basic fortune-cookie stuff"
The quotes just didn’t do much for me. Most of them felt generic, like the same cheesy little lines you see all over the internet. I was hoping for something with more heart or actual meaning, but it came off kind of empty.

"Super easy, zero hassle"
Ordering was really straightforward. I found what I needed quickly, checkout took maybe a minute, and I got the updates right away after that. I was doing it while drinking my morning coffee, so I appreciated not having to mess around with a confusing site. No problems at all

"Cute stuff, kinda on the pricey side"
I did like what I got from Inspiration Co, it’s cute and showed up in decent time. That said, for what it cost, I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more solid or higher quality. It’s definitely not bad or anything, I’m just not totally sure it’s worth the full price. I’d probably order again if there was a sale or some kind of deal.

"Really love this bracelet"
Not gonna lie, I’m really happy with the bracelet I got from Inspiration Co. It looks even nicer in person than I expected. The design is simple, but it still has that little special touch, and I’ve been able to wear it with a bunch of different outfits. I also like that it doesn’t feel or look bulky on my wrist. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely order again.

"Quick help, but I still felt a bit misled"
I had a question about my order and they did get back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was nice and helped me fix the shipping address before it went out, which I appreciated. That said, I kind of felt misled by the info I was given earlier in the process, so the whole thing left me a little unsure. The customer service was helpful, but I wish things had been clearer from the start.

I’ve been wearing it pretty much every day, and it still looks almost new, which is a nice surprise. I do have mixed feelings because I wasn’t totally sure how it would hold up at first, but so far it’s been doing really well.

"Nice quality, but a little pricey"
The bracelet feels really solid and looks nice on (definitely doesn't feel cheap). The clasp is a bit stiff at first, but overall I’m happy with it. Just wish it was a little less expensive

"Fit was pretty much right"
I ordered my usual size and it fit good, pretty much what I expected. The sleeves were a little long, just a tiny bit long, but not enough to bother me or make me return it. Overall I’m happy with it. I’d just say check the size chart first to be safe.

"My order arrived on time, which was..."
My order arrived on time, which was great, but one of the items wasn’t what I actually picked. The bracelet came in the wrong color, and the message on the card was different too. I ordered it as a gift after a friend recommended the shop, so it was a little frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a total disaster, just annoying when you’re trying to send something nice

"Such an easy gift when you're stuck"
I ordered a bracelet for my sister and she ended up really loving it, and the message card made it feel sweet and personal without being over the top or cheesy, which I liked because I never know what to get people and this just felt like a safe but still thoughtful gift. I’d definitely order again for birthdays, Christmas, or anytime I’m out of ideas
